II. Introduction to WebPortal
A. Introduction
WebPortal is a central place where you can access and obtain information regarding your personal information, your
course information, and others. WebPortal will provide easy access to your course related calendar, university
announcements, campus news, events, and photos, your student information and access to WebAdvisor. It may be helpful
to bookmark this site for easy access from your computer.
B. Getting Started
System Check:
You can access WebPortal from any computer connected to the Internet using any browser of your choice (i.e. Internet
Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc.).
Before Access:
Before you access WebPortal, you need to obtain your Chaminade ID Number and Password. All new student receives a 7
digit Chaminade User ID Number. Your initial password is your last 4 digits of your social security number but if you would
like to change the password, please email [email protected] for detailed instruction.
Logging In:
1. Go to http://www.chaminade.edu
2. Click on TO WEBPORTAL STUDENT and FACULTY LOGIN

2. Click on TO WEBPORTAL STUDENT and FACULTY LOGIN
3. Authentication Required interactive box will appear. You will need to type your 7 digit Chaminade ID number for User
Name and last 4 digits of your social security number for your Password. You can change this information in WebPortal
under My Account.
C. WebAdvisor
Once you have logged into WebPortal, you will have access to student calendar, announcements, unread email, campus
news and events, photos, and your account information. In this site, you will also have access to Student WebAdvisor.
1. To access your Student WebAdvisor, please click on Student tab on top of the page.
2. You will now see a WebAdvisor section on your right. Click on the word Academic Profile.
3. Once you click on Academic Profile, you will have following choices. However, we are still working on some of the
features so please note that only the features indicated below are the reliable information. For the other information,
please contact Education Division or your advisor.
D. Register For Class(es)
Once you have access to Student WebAdvisor, you can register for your course(s).
1. To register for your class, please click on the word Registration in WebAdvisor.
2. You will click on the word Register for Classes.
3. You need to choose a Term from the pull-down menu. Please select Education from the pull-down menu for Subject.
Do not input any other information and click on SUBMIT button.
4. Please check the course(s) you are planning to register for and click on SUBMIT button.
5. You will choose the Action as RG Register from the pull-down menu for each course and click on SUBMIT button.
Please do not choose Action for ALL on top of the screen if you are choosing from Action.
